One night a perpetrator kidnapped Rafhina from his home to sell him in exchange for drugs. The retiree and her daughter were devastated because Rafhina was a beloved pet. So, what did they do? They hosted a funeral procession in which over 2,000 people came, including the Mayor. I wonder if they had an aerial salute?
